Miika "FAST GRANDPA" Salonen has been working hard in testing and setups for our team. He has had strong showings throughout the BSRRC, in the 2010wrc PRO class. The latest achievement for him was pushing hard through Finland round of the championship. He won the tough power stage and claimed bonus points moving up in the chase for the championship to P4. Rally of Wales is next and he's already practicing for those stages. Congratulations from all of us at Fritosport Racing team!!!
Great work done by the guys over at Lux Liveries! We will definitely be contacting them for more work on our various cars :)
The ups and downs that can be found in Endurance racing is something that can really challenge a team. With the curve balls that were thrown at us during the week prior to the event I can say that I am proud of the way we came together and ensured we finished the grueling 24hrs.

"For my very first 24hr endurance race at Le Mans with the FritoSport Racing Team was nothing short of an incredible experience for me.. The highs, the lows, the dedication it required was exhausting yet the way we pulled together as a team was inspiring"
Thanks to Hugo, and Kev for putting in the time to learn the car, and work together to bring the car home across the line given the various issues the team faced through the race. We also are very grateful of the competitors and have nothing but the utmost respect for the teams we competed with in this event. See you all soon in either an LMP2 or C7DP. :)

Greece is a place that we feel we have just come to grips with in the F2 kit car we run in the RDRC-PC league. However for the BSRWRC championship we have joined Miika in the 2010's WRC class. The R4 class also runs in this series. For this round Miika had little prep due to real life duties yet he provided us with a great setup and advice. I had several rolls due to running wide, also 1 puncture. Miika obviously had a way faster time but we will see results to everyone else soon. Take a look at the pics and onboard/tv footage...
We have had a blast with the xtrememotorsports99.com guys at the two day practices ahad of tomorrow's 90min race which will be broadcast on Apex TV.
51 cars on the grid, the goal was to survive. Frito decided to play it safe at the start thus losing positions. Kev managed to climb up the ladder but had front left wheel damage in one of the chicanes/esses. It was tough to prepare for this race as we have been wrapping our head and hands around the Aston Martin for next week's 24hrs at LeMans.
